Visiting and using the service from shop.kfc.co.th (“website”) meaning that customer accept the agreement including terms and conditions. If customer does not agree with terms and conditions in this website, please do not proceed any service.

1. Product in this website is distributed by BUZZEBEES COMPANY LIMITED,. The data in this website is managed by YUM RESTAURANTS INTERNATIONAL (THAILAND) CO., LTD.,

2. All prices in this website are VAT inclusive, but not include delivery fee. See more detail about delivery process and fee in Delivery Fee below.

3. To register and order product from this website, customer must be 20 years or over to get this service and accept the agreement including terms and conditions of ordering items through this website.

4. Customer can view and buy product without registration. For customer who register, data of purchase and delivery tracking will be available in this website.

5. While registration, the company will ask you to create password to access your account and you must keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all action towards your account. If you suspect that your password is used improperly or without permission, you are agreeing to inform the company through customer service by chat with us in this website immediately. When the company finds the reliable reason that there is, probably, improper use, the company reserves the right to restrain your account or ask to change password. However, the company is not responsible for any damages caused by your disclosed password or improper use. 

6. If the company find that customer has harmful action towards website and other users, or provide falsify information, company reserves the rights to cancel the service and/or restrain your account immediately without prior notice.

7. The company reserves the right to modify terms and conditions any time. Terms and conditions will be applied when they are on website and the company considers that you are agreeing to comply modified terms and conditions when doing online purchase. The company probably cancels the service any time.


Products and Purchase Condition 

1. Company has provided detail of product and price for your consideration before purchase. Please review all detail of product and service before confirming the order.

2. Publishing information about a product on this website does not ensure its availability. Products are advertised subject to availability. Prices, products, and other relevant service conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Customer adding product into cart is to inform the intention to buy the product only. Company will confirm the product, price, and delivery fee that customer have to do payment on the page of confirmation order.  

4. Customer cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to the confirmed order. Hence, please make sure the detail of product, price, and fee before make confirmation. After customer finish the payment, it is implied that customer comply with the detail of purchase.

5. Price and promotion in this website are available only purchase on this website only.

6. Company reserves the right to limit the amount of product available according to the information shown in each product detail without prior notice subject to any changes.

7. Delivery service available only in Thailand.


Ordering Process

1. Customers choose product from product page

2. Select product with prefer amount

3. Fill in information of name, surname, telephone number, email, and delivery address.

Caution: please ensure detail of delivery before confirmation. The delivery detail cannot change after purchase. Company is not responsibly for the damage or product lost from incorrect delivery detail. 

4. Payment on product and delivery fee.

5. Customer will receive purchase confirmation email as to customer’s email address as provided. If customer did not receive the email, please contact company via chat with us on the website.


Product Delivery

1. Product will be delivered by service provider.

2. If customer making payment before 12.00, your payment will be verified, and product will be packed for delivery on the next day. If customer making payment after 12.00, your payment will be verified, and product will be packed for delivery on the next 2 days.

3. Delivery period is 1-2 days for Bangkok and 2-3 days for other provinces. Delivery period is not including the day customer making purchase and company verify the payment. This period is the estimated time in normal situation. Delivery period can be delay in case of huge amount of order or cannot contact customer.

4. In case of company cannot contact customer on the delivery day, customer needs to contact company via chat with us on the website for re arrange new delivery day within 5 working days from the original delivery appointment. Customer needs to responsible for delivery fee for new delivery arrangement. If customer did not contact within informed period, the order will be cancelled and company will return the money of product back to customer (only the product cost, not include delivery fee). 

5. If customer receive wrong product or found damaged product, please contact company via chat with us immediately.

Return and Refund policy

1. Customer cannot change or return product unless product got damaged or received the wrong product from confirmed order. In this case, customer needs to contact company via chat with us on website within 7 days after product has been delivered. 

2. If customer received the wrong product from confirmed order, customer could return product that in 100% condition. Damaged product cannot be returned.

3. Customer can return or change product with receipt only.
